Joe was great! He found, reviewed and coordinated several different service providers for repairs/upgrades to my house before it sold. Including a new roof, landscaping, staging, etc. He had several good suggestions on what to do to improve the house and was very accommodating of my schedule. Joe was quite the patient Realtor. This being the largest purchase I will ever make, I wasn't willing to settle for anything less than my perfect home. It didn't take long for Joe to hone in on the attributes I was looking for and know what were my must haves vs nice to haves. Joe introduced me to some new neighborhoods that fit the profile I was looking for, and was very honest with me about the value of the homes I was interested in making an offer on. I made offers on two homes that ended up getting higher offers which was disappointing but Joe assured me my perfect home was out there. In the end, we found the perfect home in the exact neighborhood I hoped for! Joe took me to see it the day it was listed and we made an offer. It was one of five offers on the house. Joe worked diligently with me and the other realtor on an offer that satisfied everyone. The search for my perfect home was a long one but 30 days after the offer was accepted I was in my dream home.
